Participant Information

Only current members of The Saskatchewan Wildlife Art Association can participate. Click here to join

Cost to have a 10 x 10 booth space at The Impressions of Nature:
Early bird price prior to May 31: $55.00
Regular price: $65.00

Booth sizes do vary in order to fit then space we have in the hall - see the floor plan below. There are both single and double booths. The current rates and sizes are listed on the layout map below. You can request specific location and we will do our best to get you in that spot. You can combine booths. You are encouraged to share with another member.

Booth space includes a grid along back, table and chair. Extra tables will be an additional $15.

Booth space can be shared between SWAA members who feel they may not have enough for a full booth.

There is a security monitoring system and the hall will be locked at night
Each participant should carry their own insurance  - neither The Saskatchewan Wildlife Art Association nor The Saskatoon Wildlife Federation are responsible for damage or loss of participant’s art pieces.

Each artist is responsible for their own cash and sales; if they want to write up an invoice, they would need to bring their own invoice book.  There is no commission collected by SWAA. Sold items can be taken at the time of the sale if it clearly marked as “SOLD” so the collector can continue enjoying the show while carrying their newly purchased items around. This will make much easier to keep the area secure.

All artists are encouraged to “demo” their work methods, but we realize that not all artists will do demos. Some do work that cannot easily be done as a demo (photography); and not everyone is comfortable doing a demo.

Artists are also encouraged to participate in a “Make and Take” activity at their booth. The artist will help participants create their own art. Artists will have supplies available for participants to use; the artist can establish a cost to compensate for the supplies and their time.

Click here to apply for a booth. See the floor plan below. A specific booth can be requested, but this is a first come - first served. Pay attention to where the electrical outlets are (x) if you require electricity at your booth - you will be responsible for bringing your own extension cord if necessary. Book early to avoid disappointment!

NOTE that the booth application is not complete until both the application form AND the payment have been received.
